Having lived abroad for many years, the founders of mobD realize how stressful it can be when aged parents fall ill and the children are not able to care for them as they would wish to.
With the specific attention of assisting young Indians stationed outside, this package will ensure that your loved ones are in good hands when you are away.
At the outset, a team consisting of a doctor and nurse will visit your parent's home for an initial assessment. This assessment will form the basis of the care plan going forward.
Regular visits and check ups will then be scheduled to ensure that high quality care is being provided. During check ups, the nurses will conduct the following:
- Check on specific ailments
- Check vital signs
- Assess cardiovascular and respiratory health
- Assess mobility and safety
- Manage prescription medication
There are two packages available under this scheme:
Ongoing Checkup Package - This is for clients who do not have any preexisting conditions. The package is structured in a way where the health of the client is monitored frequently, so that developing health issues can be detected early and treated
Close Monitoring Package - This is for clients who already have a preexisting medical condition. The service is offered such that frequent monitoring is conducted to prevent worsening of the condition. In the case of a worsening condition, changes can be detected and appropriate action can be taken.
Both packages include the following:
- Regular visits by nurses
- Doctor visits, as required
- Nutritionist, as required
- Full access to electronic medical records
- Monthly screenings, if requested
- Annual health check-up at our Partner Hospital (Lords Hospital)
Communication: The mobD team will ensure that the result of all check-ups and visits are recorded, and the results communicated to you (parents and children alike) via email or a format that you prefer. All health related documents and reports will be stored and accessible by you on demand.
